Section 33-24-03-63 - Complying with sections 33-24-03-60 through 33-24-03-77 is optional for eligible academic entities1. Large quantity generators and small quantity generators. Eligible academic entities have the option of complying with sections 33-24-03-60 through 33-24-03-77 with respect to the eligible academic entity's laboratories, as an alternative to complying with the requirements of section 33-24-03-02 and subsection 3 of section 33-24-03-12.2. Conditionally exempt small quantity generators. Eligible academic entities have the option of complying with sections 33-24-03-60 through 33-24-03-77 with respect to the eligible academic entity's laboratories, as an alternative to complying with the conditional exemption of subsection 2 of section 33-24-02-05.N.D.
