Section 33-24-03-62 - Applicability of sections 33-24-03-60 through 33-24-03-771. Large quantity generators and small quantity generators. Sections 33-24-03-60 through 33-24-03-77 provide alternative requirements to the requirements in section 33-24-03-02 and subsection 3 of section 33-24-03-12 for the hazardous waste determination and accumulation of hazardous waste in laboratories owned by eligible academic entities that choose to be subject to sections 33-24-03-60 through 33-24-03-77, provided that the eligible academic entity completes the notification requirements of section 33-24-03-64.2. Conditionally exempt small quantity generators. Sections 33-24-03-60 through 33-24-03-77 provide alternative requirements to the conditional exemption in subsection 2 of section 33-24-02-05 for the accumulation of hazardous waste in laboratories owned by eligible academic entities that choose to be subject to sections 33-24-03-60 through 33-24-03-77, provided that the eligible academic entity completes the notification requirements of section 33-24-03-64.N.D.
