Section 6500.9 - Continuing obligations of award recipients

(a) NYSTAR may request that the award recipient continue to provide to NYSTAR following termination of the contract certain data and information about the progress achieved by the project, including without limitation the economic impact of the project.

(b) To the extent that the contract provides that revenues from royalties, licenses or other sources shall be payable to the State, such payments may continue subsequent to the termination of the contract as provided in the contract.
