Section 2608.4 - Notification

(a) The commissioner shall notify the company in writing as to the status of the reapplication.

(b) The commissioner shall render one of the following decisions:

(1) approved as submitted;

(2) approved conditionally;

(3) approved with probation; or

(4) defunded.
