Section 2608.3 - Reapplication evaluation

(a) Subsequent contract awards are based on a review of the items in section 2608.1 of this Part, including an evaluation of:

(1) fulfillment of contract activities;

(2) organizational and fiscal management; and

(3) proposed program, budget and community support.
