Section 1601.3 - Reports
(a) Annual reports. An authority shall file an annual report in the office of the commissioner not later than November 1 of each year or at such other time which the commissioner may fix. Such report shall include:
(1) the data specified in subdivision 2 of section 37 of the Public Housing Law;
(2) such other information which the commissioner may request.
(b) Reports on costs of projects. Upon the completion of each Federal, State or municipal project, or upon request of the commissioner prior to completion, an authority shall file with the commissioner a detailed statement of the cost of such project. (Public Housing Law, §38.)
(c) Reports to other agencies or officials. For the information of the commissioner, an authority shall file with the commissioner, a copy of each report, financial statement, operations and maintenance statement, etc., filed with any Federal, State or municipal agency--at the same time that said report is filed with such agency.
(d) Reports on legislation, limitation and opinions of counsel affecting low rent housing projects. An authority shall file with the commissioner, as soon as is practicable:
(1) a copy of each proposed local law which may affect any existing or proposed low rent housing project in the municipality in which the authority is established;
(2) details of any litigation in the municipality which may affect any existing or proposed low rent housing project in said municipality;
(3) any opinion of the corporation counsel or other chief legal officers of counsel thereto which may affect any existing or proposed low rent housing project in the municipality.
