Section 1601.2 - Federal and municipal projects

An authority shall file with the commissioner a copy of:

(a) The "application" to each proposed project embodying a Federal or municipal loaning agency, a copy of the architectural plans, specifications, estimated costs and proposed method of financing--at the same time that it is filed with said agency. Any change made in the application or the project shall be filed with the commissioner by the authority. (Public Housing Law, §38.)

(b) The transcript of the proceedings authorizing the issuance of bonds or other obligations of the authority or the municipality, for each project.
