(a) The Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS) shall maintain a facility food service program sufficient to satisfy the daily nutritional needs of each resident.(b) Consistent with the requirements of this Part, OCFS shall develop written policies and procedures that govern food services at each secure facility. These policies and procedures shall be reviewed annually and updated as needed.N.Y. Comp. Codes R. & Regs. Tit. 9 § 7417.1
