(a) A facility shall maintain a food service program sufficient to satisfy the daily nutritional needs of each youth.(b) Consistent with the requirements of this Part, the director shall develop written policies and procedures that govern facility food services. These policies and procedures shall be reviewed annually and updated as needed.N.Y. Comp. Codes R. & Regs. Tit. 9 § 7309.1
