Section 805.3 - Assigned classifications and standards of quality and purity

The classifications and standards of quality and purity which are hereby assigned to all fresh surface waters within the Black River Drainage Basin, except to waters contained within the boundaries of State-owned forest preserve lands, are as set forth in table I.
