Section 1273.10 - Use of fuel and lubricant facilities restricted

Unless otherwise provided in a lease or other agreement, all operators of aircraft who receive, and all persons who supply, aviation fuel and lubricating oil at the air terminal, shall use only these aviation fuel storage and delivery facilities designated by the airport operator for such use.
