Section 1271.2 - Compliance with FAA and CAB rules and regulations required

No person shall navigate any aircraft, land aircraft upon, fly aircraft from, or conduct any aircraft operations on or from the air terminal otherwise than in conformity with then current Federal Aviation Administration and National Transportation Safety Board rules and regulations.
