Section 1271.1 - Airport operator may prohibit aircraft from landing or taking off under certain circumstances

The airport operator may prohibit aircraft landing and taking off at any time when, and under any circumstances under which the manager deems such landing and take-offs likely to endanger persons or property, except for emergency landings.
