Section 51.5 - Register of pilots in training and term of service

A register, or registers, of pilots in training shall be kept by the secretary. The term of service of each pilot in training shall date from the day upon which the applicant's acceptance is ordered by the commissioners to be in effect and no person shall become a pilot in training without such order.
