Section 51.4 - Register of apprentices and term of service

A register, or registers, of apprentices shall be kept by the Secretary. The term of service of each apprentice shall date from the day upon which the applicant's acceptance is ordered by the commissioners to be in effect and no person shall become an apprentice without such order.
