Section 464.5 - Reimbursement for out-of-pocket expenses

In order to implement the requirement that no one shall be denied an opportunity to volunteer because of resultant personal expenses, social services districts shall provide, upon request of the volunteer, reimbursement of his out-of-pocket expenses.
