Section 401.7 - Amendments to comprehensive annual social services program plan

(a) The social services district may propose amendments to the district component of the final comprehensive annual social services program plan. Amendments shall be prepared and submitted to the department for approval. If an amendment is approved by the department, the department will submit the amendment to the Governor for approval of publication. The department will provide for a period of public comment of at least 30 days following the date of initial publication.

(b) Department amendments to the comprehensive annual social services program plan will be instituted in a manner similar to that specified in subdivision (a) of this section.
