Section 401.6 - Publication of final comprehensive annual social services program plan

(a) The final comprehensive annual social services program plan will be submitted to the commissioner of the department so that it may be approved and published by the commissioner at least 45 days following publication of the proposed comprehensive annual social services program plan and prior to commencement of the program year.

(b) The department will provide copies of the final comprehensive annual social services program plan to the social services district prior to publication of the final plan by the commissioner. Beginning on the date of publication of the final plan by the commissioner and continuing throughout the program year, the department and the social services district shall make copies of the final comprehensive annual social services program plan available for inspection by the public. The department will also make copies of the final comprehensive annual social services program plan available for purchase at a price related to cost of printing.
