Section 174.10 - New york state stopped stickers

One sticker may be displayed on the inside of the front windshield, in the upper left hand corner on those motor vehicles registered in the New York State STOPPED Program. Such stickers must be transparent with a red border and must be no larger than 31/2 inches wide by 31/2inches high.
