The provisions of the Code of Federal Regulations, which have been incorporated by reference in this Part have been filed in the Office of the Secretary of State of the State of New York, the publication so filed being the booklet entitled Code of Federal Regulations, title 16, parts 1203.1, and parts 1203.4 through 1203.17, revised as of March 10, 1999, published by the Office of the Federal Register. The regulations incorporated by reference may be examined at the Office of the Department of State, 41 State Street, Albany, NY 12231-0001, at the Supreme Court Libraries, the Legislative Library, the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles, Office of Counsel, Swan Street Building, Albany, NY 12228. They may also be purchased from the Superintendent of Documents, Government Printing Office, Washington, DC 20402. Copies of the Code of Federal Regulations are also available at many public libraries and bar association libraries.
