Section 46.10 - Use of safety sensor devices

Any school bus painted national school bus chrome may be equipped with an electronic device or devices to detect the presence of people in the immediate vicinity of the school bus. (Authority to use a safety sensor device or devices which causes a school bus to be overwidth is found in section 56.7[c] of this Title.)
