Section 583.3 - Applicability

(a) These regulations apply to the establishment and operation of the pre-admission certification committee. The pre-admission certification committee is responsible for reviewing each application made by or on behalf of a child or youth for admission to a residential treatment facility; for determining eligibility of such children; and for certifying children as the priority of the pre-admission certification committee for admission to a residential treatment facility.

(b) These regulations apply to the establishment and operation of the advisory boards to the pre-admission certification committees.
