Section 302-2.6 - Candor and fairness
A representative should:
(a) state all facts correctly, whether in writing or orally;(b) perform punctually his written or oral commitments; and(c) communicate with an adverse party who is represented by an attorney or licensed representative only through such attorney or representative.
