Section 302-2.5 - Preparation, punctuality and expedition
A representative shall:
(a) thoroughly investigate and prepare his case; and(b) be punctual and ready to proceed at hearings and avoid undue delay in the trial of the case by submitting all available evidence as promptly and fully as possible.
