Section 223.2 - Registration Fees

(a) A contractor or subcontractor that is not a certified minority or women-owned business enterprise pursuant to article 15-A of the New York State Executive Law shall pay a non-refundable fee of $200 at the time of registration in a manner prescribed by the commissioner.

(b) A contractor or subcontractor that is a certified minority or women-owned business enterprise pursuant to article 15-A of the New York State Executive Law shall pay a non-refundable fee of $100 at the time registration in a manner prescribed by the commissioner.
