Section 223.1 - Applicability

(a) All terms used in this Part correspond to the definitions set forth in section 220-i of the New York State Labor Law (the "Act").

(b) This Part is applicable to all contractors, subcontractors, and covered projects subject to the Act.

(c) The term "a final administrative or court order" means a final adjudicatory determination for which no relevant proceeding for judicial review shall then be pending and the time for initiation of such proceeding shall have expired.
