Section 4.51.1.7 - DEFINITIONS As used in this rule:
A."Directors" means the directors of each of the six divisions of the department of cultural affairs that are part of the museum of New Mexico.B."Department" means the department of the cultural affairs. C."Board" means the board of regents of the museum of New Mexico.D."Museum" means the museum of New Mexico.E."Executive assistant" means the person appointed by the board to perform administrative tasks for the board that is either an employee of the department or a contractor.Recompiled 10/31/01, Adopted by New Mexico Register, Volume XXVIII, Issue 23, December 12, 2017, eff. 12/12/2017
