Section 8:34-7.6 - Waiver of continuing education credits
(a) Upon a licensee's written application to the Board, accompanied by written documentation supporting the reasons for the request, in accordance with 8:34-1.6, the Board may waive all or part of the continuing education requirement for a triennial licensure period.
(b) Waivers shall be granted for one triennial licensure period only.
