Mixed use occupancy shall not be permitted in buildings classified as High Hazard (H), Factory (F), or Assembly (A-2) Use Groups, in accordance with N.J.A.C. 5:23 and Pub. L. 100-336, the Americans with Disabilities Act, as amended and supplemented, and the 2010 ADA Standards for Accessible Design, incorporated herein by reference, as amended and supplemented, available at http://www.ada.gov/2010ADAstandards_index.htm.
