Section 8:111-24.5 - Provision for persons with physical disabilities

All facilities shall be made available and accessible to persons with physical disabilities pursuant to the New Jersey Uniform Construction Code, N.J.A.C. 5:23; and the American National Standard ICC/ANSI A117.1- 2017, incorporated herein by reference, as amended and supplemented, available at http://codes.iccsafe.org.
