In the introductory paragraph of (a), substituted "relevant" for "regional" and ", county" for "plan"; in (a)1, deleted "regional" preceding "planning"; in (a)3i, inserted "pursuant to N.J.A.C. 5:85-1.7" and "in the form of an affidavit of publication"; in (a)3ii, substituted "relevant" for "regional"; in (a)3iii, substituted ". The minutes shall include" for "and adopted includes"; in (b), inserted "in consultation with relevant State agencies,"; and added (d).
