Section 2:77-8.2 - Board-approved appraisers

(a) The Board shall adopt the list of appraisers approved by the State Agriculture Development Committee pursuant to 2:76-6.7(a)1 annually.

(b) The Board may remove an appraiser from the adopted list if an appraisal is not conducted in conformance with this subchapter.
