Section 2:76-8.9 - Negotiation of offer

(a) The Committee authorizes staff to negotiate the purchase of the farmland in fee simple title with the owner not to exceed the certified market value for the fee simple estate established pursuant to 2:76-8.8.

(b) Upon the owner's acceptance of a fee simple value, the Committee shall conduct a final review pursuant to 2:76-8.1 0.
