Section 2:76-8.1 - Applicability

This subchapter applies to all transactions in which the State Agriculture Development Committee purchases real property pursuant to P.L. 1988, c. 4, 4:1C-31.1, 4:1C-31.2, 4:1C-38, and 4:1C-39 and all other relevant provisions of the Agriculture Retention and Development Act and the Garden State Preservation Trust Act, P.L. 1999, c. 152.
