The purpose of this subchapter is to determine if improvements and repairs to structures substantially altered or finished to support a rural microenterprise activity allowed on preserved premises pursuant to N.J.A.C. 2:76-22are compatible with the agricultural character of the premises and do not diminish the historic or cultural character of the structure. Further, this subchapter sets forth the procedures for designating a heritage farm structure and sets forth the terms and procedures for recordation of a heritage preservation easement on a heritage farm structure.
