Section 2:76-16.2 - Negotiations for purchase of project site

(a) Unless the nonprofit has already entered into a purchase or an option contract with the property owner, the nonprofit may enter into a purchase or option contract with the property owner after the nonprofit accepts the eligible land cost or negotiated offer under 2:76-15.2.

(b) Any person who performed an appraisal under 2:76-13.5 of any parcel in the project site shall not conduct negotiations for such parcel.
