Section 2:3-1.10 - Procedure on failure to meet importation requirements
(a) Livestock and poultry not meeting the requirements of this subchapter shall be refused entry into the State, or if already in the State, shall remain under quarantine until the livestock or poultry is either:
1. Slaughtered;
2. Tested upon epidemiologic evaluation and risk determination and released;
3. Returned to the State or country of origin; or
4. Disposed of in accordance with the decision of the New Jersey Department of Agriculture.
