Section 2:1-3.12 - Information required from the public

In the performance of its duties, the Department may require from affected members of the public certain information for the purposes of establishing a unique means of identifying its records. This unique identifying information shall be deemed confidential and not a public record and is not accessible for public examination, review or reproduction pursuant to the Open Public Records Act (47:1A-1 et seq.).
