The rules in this chapter are promulgated by the New Jersey Economic Development Authority to implement P.L. 1996, c. 26, as amended at P.L. 2003, c. 166. The act establishes the Business Employment Incentive Program, a special business assistance program to provide grants to businesses located in, or relocating to, New Jersey that create new jobs in New Jersey.
