Section 17:30A-4.3 - Alternative treatment center reporting requirements

(a) The ATC shall collect and submit to the Commission for each calendar year at least the following statistical data:

1. The number of registered qualified patients and registered primary caregivers;

2. The debilitating medical conditions of qualified patients;

3. Patient demographic data;

4. Program costs;

5. A summary of the patient surveys and evaluation of services; and

6. Such other information as the Commission may require in the administration and enforcement of this chapter.
