Section 17:30A-4.2 - Reporting requirements of the Commission

(a) The Commission shall report to the Governor, and to the Legislature pursuant to section 2 of P.L. 1991, c. 164 (N.J.S.A. 52:14-19.1):

1. Annually on the number of applications for registry identification cards, the number of qualifying patients registered, the number of primary caregivers registered, the nature of the debilitating medical conditions of the patients, the number of registry identification cards revoked, the number of alternative treatment center permits issued and revoked, and the number of physicians providing certifications for patients.

(b) The reports shall not contain any identifying information of patients, caregivers, or physicians.
