Section 17:27-12.4 - Minority and women referral agencies

The Division and the Department shall designate approved minority and women referral, training and outreach agencies for each region. Contractors and subcontractors shall list, as is appropriate, employment opportunities with the minority and women referral agency or agencies designated for its region.
