Section 17:27-10.9 - Final determination against construction contractor; aggregate rating for State contract awards

Upon rendering a final determination against a construction contractor, the Department shall notify the Division of Property Management and Construction of such determination and the Division of Property Management and Construction shall consider such adverse finding as a factor in determining the contractor's aggregate rating for the award of State construction contracts.
