Section 16:53-6.25 - Overhang of body

(a) The maximum overhang of the body to the rear of a load-bearing rear axle shall not exceed one-third of the total length of the small autobus.

(b) Vehicle measurements shall be taken from the extreme front to the extreme rear of the small autobus, not including the bumpers.

(c) Overhang measurements shall be taken from the center of the rear load-bearing axle to the extreme rear end of the small autobus, not including the rear bumper.
