Section 16:51-2.3 - Time for filing

(a) Unless otherwise provided in this subchapter or ordered by the Division, a petition must be filed in its entirety and in accordance with this subchapter within 90 days of the date of the Divisions exception letter to petitioner; petitions that are incomplete as of that date shall be subject to dismissal.

(b) The date of filing shall mean the date upon which the pleading is received by the Division.
