Section 16:49-4.2 - Prohibitions

(a) Except as provided in 16:49-4.3, vehicles required to be placarded for hazardous materials under the provisions of 49 CFR 172.500 (Subpart F), as amended and supplemented, shall be prohibited from entering into or traveling through the Route 29 tunnel facility.

(b) Except as provided in 16:49-4.3, vehicles transporting one or more containers that individually hold, or are designed to individually hold, 10 or more pounds of compressed gases shall be prohibited from entering into or traveling through the Route 29 tunnel facility.
