Section 15:3-9.6 - Notarization of documents

An electronic document shall be notarized under provisions contained in the New Jersey Uniform Electronic Transactions Act, 12A:12-11, Notarized signatures or records. County recorders have no responsibility for verifying or authenticating notary signatures.
