Section 14:6-1.1 - Scope

(a) This chapter shall apply to:

1. Gas public utilities, as that term is defined in N.J.S.A. 48:2-13;

2. Non-utility operators of gas pipelines and underground gas facilities;

3. Excavators; and

4. Owners or operators of gas master meter systems.
