Section 11:24-2.9 - Changes in ownership interests

Any change of control of the HMO shall be subject to review and approval by the Commissioner pursuant to the New Jersey Insurance Holding Company Systems Act, N.J.S.A. 17:27A-1 et seq., and implementing rules, including N.J.A.C. 11:1-35.
