Section 11:24-2.8 - Approval of a point of service (POS) plan

In addition to the requirements set forth in N.J.A.C. 11:24-2.7, any HMO proposing to enter into an arrangement for the provision of out-of-network covered services to members shall also comply with the requirements delineated in N.J.A.C. 11:24-14.
